What was i thinking????? why did i use satin and quilting fabric together? i think that my mind was shot back then.
its just a uglty nasty thing... well, at least a few years have past and i know better.... :D

Oh Carmel, you are so funny! Your quilt is not THAT ugly; in fact, if you had not used the satin, it would be quite pretty! But we all do those types of things....live and learn, right?
So, I'm off to vote for your quilt as "the most ugly!" LOL!!!!

That's too funny! I never would have thought to use satin fabric. I guess it's a good thing... Glad I found your blog! :)
I don't know how big your quilt is but if it is for a child (baby) they love different textures and in our family especially silks and satins. Great quilt.
